Notes:

Unified ircd is currently a kind of a meta-project, another take on the ircd relayed multi-user chat system. Despite calling it a "meta project" a distribution exists, it's just that not many people use it currently, so it doesn't get lots of testing or improvement suggestions. Lead by the ex DALnet server coding-team coordinator uNF picks up where DALnet Dreamforge left, with the intent of improving user experience through real innovations and consolidating the "best of current practices" into a highly powerful and versatile chat-system.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
