Notes:

All Java component framework for building complete web applications. Components, components everywhere! I don't like scripting and I don't like code generation, I like lots of little objects working together in concert.

I've been working on this off and on since Feb 2000, and it's a labor of love. It's also being used internally for a Really Big Client (Primix, my employer, is a consulting organization based in Boston) and, when that's a success, will be used on other projects internal and external.

Some folks consider Tapestry to be WebObjects- lite, but although I drew some inspiration from Apple's software, they are fundamentally different in approach. Tapestry is designed for better scalability using existing application servers and doesn't have the "obscene memory footprint" of WebObjects.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
