sdts++ is a free C++ toolkit that can be used to write applications that read and write Spatial Data Transfer Standard (SDTS) files. Currently there is a great deal of free geospatial data stored in SDTS format, including USGS Digital Line Graph Data (DLG); and, soon, Digital Orthophotoquad Data (DOQ).
This project has the following developers:
New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
