Notes:

rblcheck is a lightweight C program for doing checks against DNS-based IP blacklists, such as the MAPS RBL, DUL, and RSS listings, or the ORBS list. It works well in conjunction with Procmail for filtering unwanted bulk email, but also functions as a command-line tool for performing quick lookups.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
