Notes:

pingviinID is a project about "digital identity", based on Estonian EstEID implementation. Software and articles about PKI, cryptography, smart cards, digital signatures (XAdES), AAA, security etc. You can learn more about Estonian ID project from ID.ee website. Note, that at the monent most of the textual information is in Estonian (will change in the future). pingviinID makes heavy use of OpenSC

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
