Notes: libowfat is a reimplementation of the general purpose libraries from Dan Bernstein's code, which I previously extracted as libdjb. His code has raised the bar for what I expect from code now, be it my own or from others. libowfat contains routines for string handling, formatting and scanning, buffered I/O and a few other things the libc should provide good APIs for but doesn't.

FOAF updates: Trust rankings are now exported, making the data available to other users and websites. An external FOAF URI has been added, allowing users to link to an additional FOAF file.
