Notes:

This is a reuseable mpeg2 video decoding library.

Right now it decodes both mpeg1 "constrained parameters" and mpeg2 "main profile" bitstreams - in practice, this is about every mpeg you'll find, including these used in DVD and DVB (digital satellite/digital cable) applications.

current projects using this lib include xine, MPlayer, movietime, OMS (kinda dead though), XMPS, gstreamer, mpeglib, daphne.
