Notes:

This is a reuseable decoder library for ATSC A/52 audio streams.

These streams are used in a number of applications, including DVD, some versions of real audio, etc

Projects using this library include xine, MPlayer, movietime, ffmpeg, OMS (kinda dead though), XMPS, gstreamer, mpeglib.
