Notes: lgene is a semi automated website publishing tool written in python. it generates webpages from data files according to the user defined template.
it supports multiple sections, namely news, article and journal, with archives for news and journal.
webpage generation is done on the local machine, and it handles the uploading automatically when you tell it to. nothing more than a plain ftp account is needed on the remote server.
