Notes:

gimp-help-2 its goal is to write high-quality documents related to GIMP and try to provide as many languages for the gimp user manual as possible. We current have Chinese, Czech, English, French, German, and Swedish.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
