Notes:

A program for word-by-word translation (glossing) of texts between languages. Currently there is a web interface for glossing passages in Tolkien's Elvish (specifically, Quenya) into English.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
