Notes:

The constraint package is a constraint satisfaction problem (CSP) solver written in Python using constraint propagation algorithms. So far, classes are provided to work on finite set domains.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
