Notes:

YAWNS is a(nother) Slash clone, with the notable difference that YAWNS is intended to comply with all relevant W3C standards - the output validates as 100% compliant XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS2. There's also an HTML 4.01 Loose mode, automatically switched to when Netscape 4.x users visit a YAWNS powered site - this gives the closest approximation of the normal output that was possible with that browser's lack of standards-compliant rendering.

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.

Keep up with the latest Advogato features by reading the Advogato status blog.
