Notes:

Intltool, is a project armed at making it possible to translate strings used in XML files and misc other files. These tools are in use with most Gnome programs

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
