Notes:

Webwatcher keeps tracks of owners and expiration times on a collection of files in a collection of directories. Each directory is configurable for its own behavior, including the filename extensions and a timeout which generates email notifying of the stale data.

Can be used with web content to help ensure that information stays fresh.
