Notes: WMLGen is a Python module that simplifies the creation and management of Wireless Markup Language (WML). The module includes a set of functions that minimize or eliminate most of the effort required to use WML to create cards or decks. Script readability and ease of maintenance is also vastly improved by using the module.

Some current functions implemented in the 0.3 version include:

Printing the content type (text/vnd.wap.wml), followed by the WAP WML v1.1 DTD Prolog.
Anchor creation
A simple card creation function, that permits a simple (all text) card to be created with a single function.
Text input field and radio button creation.
Opening and closing decks and cards.
Cyrillic Windows 1251 -> Unicode conversion
Timer card creation
Template support.
