TORCH is Trusted Opensource Records for Care & Health. It is based on the open source code from FreePM which is now a dead project.

This is an open source electronic health record application built on the Zope content management system. It is promoted by Open Paradigms, LLC.

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
