Notes:

Successor aims to become a really very scalable BitTorrent tracker implementation. Right now it falls short of the scalability goal, though it is definitely very usable on uniprocessor systems.

• ksandstr is a Lead Developer.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
