Notes: SeattleWireless is a not-for-profit project to create a community wireless network with no recurrent transit costs in the city of Seattle Washingon. The technologies used for this project are vendor neutral and standards based.
The primary goal of this project is to create end-to-end connectivity throughout the metropolitan area, and create an alternative local-loop infrastructure.
This project started in summer of 2000.
This project has the following developers:
FOAF updates: Trust rankings are now exported, making the data available to other users and websites. An external FOAF URI has been added, allowing users to link to an additional FOAF file.
