Notes: RT is an opensource troubleticketing system based on the same paradigm as the venerable 'req.' It has cli, email and web frontends, a flexible access control system and uses a database backend.

FOAF updates: Trust rankings are now exported, making the data available to other users and websites. An external FOAF URI has been added, allowing users to link to an additional FOAF file.
