Notes:

QML (Quality of Service Modeling Language) is a general-purpose Quality of Service specification language. QRR (QML Run-time Representation) is a library that provides a run-time representation of QoS specifications written in QML.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
