Notes:

The OpenSOAP Project is a project which was started with the aim of developing an open source middleware, based on the SOAP standard. The development group consists of universities and companies of Sapporo, Japan. Ver. 1.0 was released in March, 2002.

This project has the following developers:

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
