Notes:

Objective C Intrinsics (ObjCI) is a library geared towards developing small projects in Objective C, using GCC with the bundled Objective C runtime.

Though it covers somewhat the same ground as Foundation, the implementation is simpler, and it is geared more to interfacing with plain C.
