Notes: Mino is a powerful library for processing XML files. It is built to be able to parse any form of XML file by relying on namespace handler modules. The library can be used in any program that needs to retrieve data from XML files. The command-line parser can be setup with Apache to convert XML documents to HTML on-the-fly.
