Notes: Since the early 90s, metalab (then under the name of sunsite.unc.edu) has been host, caretaker, nanny, and cloister for many many open source people and projects including the Linux Documentation Project, General Graphics Interface Project (aka GGI), MetaLab Linux Software Archive, Open Source Documentation Metadata Framework (aka OMF), and even Roger McGuinn's Folkden (a folk music project.

FOAF updates: Trust rankings are now exported, making the data available to other users and websites. An external FOAF URI has been added, allowing users to link to an additional FOAF file.
