Notes:

I-Docs was designed to help create documentation sites. It can handle multiple urls, as well as user settings. The documentation itself is currently stored in xml, with html as the only output option.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
