Notes:

Horde is a framework written in PHP that provides general, shared functionality for writing applications like IMP. Things that we've been working on recently include a nicely abstracted logging system (backends include syslog, text files, a database, or a calendar server), a general flexible preferences system, and some PEAR classes.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
