Notes:

HTDB (HyperText/DataBase) is a big ole ball of wax.

HTDB started in the infancy of the web as a tool to manage large websites. It quickly morphed into a scripting language CGI/fastCGI page server.

HTDB's scripting language is extensible via DSO support, databases supported currently are msql and mysql, although HTDB is functional without a database.

In addition, libhtdb.a allows one to use HTDB's intrinsic resource management, database connectivity and programming framework to develop stand-alone applications .

HTDB is currently in use in several commercial and freebie web installations, and will be made into an open sourced distribution as soon as i get the time!

HTDB is actively being developed and we are looking for people to assist.

This project has the following developers:

New Advogato Features

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.

Keep up with the latest Advogato features by reading the Advogato status blog.

If you're a C programmer with some spare time, take a look at the mod_virgule project page and help us with one of the tasks on the ToDo list!
