Notes: GAR is the Gmake Autobuild Runtime, but that's a backronym. GAR is merely our favorite expletive! "GAR GAR GAR!" and "by GAR!" and suchforth. It's a tree of gnu make makefiles that provide the functionality of the BSD ports system. Beaujolais!

FOAF updates: Trust rankings are now exported, making the data available to other users and websites. An external FOAF URI has been added, allowing users to link to an additional FOAF file.
