Bioinformatics tools for comparative sequence analysis. The main program is FamilyRelationsII, a client-side GUI written in C++ using FLTK for graphics. See my pyzine article for more information, and see Cartwheel for the server side stuff.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
