Notes: Bioinformatics tools for comparative sequence analysis. The main program is FamilyRelationsII, a client-side GUI written in C++ using FLTK for graphics. See my pyzine article for more information, and see Cartwheel for the server side stuff.

FOAF updates: Trust rankings are now exported, making the data available to other users and websites. An external FOAF URI has been added, allowing users to link to an additional FOAF file.
