Notes:

This is a php-based document management system, supporting postgresql and mysql as the db backend. DocMGR is in the early stages of development. The software is relatively stable, but there are a ton of new features that I'm incorporating into it.

License: GPL

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
