Dia is a program for creating structured diagrams. Adding support for new diagram types is fairly easy, due to its modular design. Among others, it supports UML, network, flowchart, entity-relationship and circuit diagrams.
Diagrams can be printed or exported to a number of formats, including EPS (Enhanced PostScript), CGM (Computer Graphics Metafile) and SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics). Diagrams can be loaded and saved to dia's native XML diagram format. The most current version of Dia is 0.94.
