Notes:

dbtcp is a package of libraries which provides applications on Linux access to ODBC datasources on remote machines running Windows. It allows a Linux application to access data held on MS SQL Server on NT, and includes a command line client and a DBD driver. The current distribution features extensions for PHP and Perl.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
