An IRC bot and web page that collects commit messages from projects' CVS, Subversion, Arch, and BitKeeper repositories in real-time. Commit messages are delivered to #commits on irc.freenode.net as well as optionally going to the project's IRC channel. Simple statistics about the commits are tracked on the project's web page. CIA has recently been rewritten to use a new XML message format internally, allowing much richer metadata and support for messages other than commits, and destinations other than IRC channels.
