Borges is an open-source project aimed at XML-aware documentation projects which care about internationalisation, reusable contents, teamwork, etc. The system currently support the DocBook DTD.

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
