Notes:

Atrack is an extremely minimalist and efficient torrent tracker custom built to run on Google's App Engine with memcached backing. Written on a few dozen lines of python, it intends to implement the ntrack protocol: a backwards compatible subset of the bittorrent tracker protocol. An open for all to use and experiment with deployment is available on the appspot by the name of Bittrk.
