This bioinformatics project provides an ADF (Array design File))/MAGE-ML converter in Java Language, in order to facilitate standardization and exchange of microarray layout.

License: OSI-Approved Open Source

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
