Notes: First of all, i am located in spain, so i am still learning english, i hope the next may be expressed more or less right .. : Since i was bought a computer to make some schoolworks, i have been interested in the computers, first at user side .. and later about how they might work inside( or not work! ); so i decided to start computer science career, and well some of my 'myths' got down after that, though discovered a few interests ; well the career itself is like too theoric, and frustrating, more about learning why things are like they are around computers ( or just because a few brains decided to be like they are ? ) than its appliaction at real ground; some computer languages learnt in it are a bit old, though some very usefull (C, Java) but others (Lisp, ADA, ...); so i decided that i had to use some of that theory being learnt just to pass exams, to know what is working currently on 'real' computer science; for so .. i decided to point to the web applications, as they show some sides relating to several areas as script coding, networks, DBs, ... whole worlds to dig into; for so, i have had the unestimable support of a great friend as trukfixer, who has taught me lots of things , and has had the patience to answer all my queries; so i dont know how to give back all that help ...; currently i try to build a site and help him with his, using some technichs as PHP, MySQL, Javascript, and learning and learning day by day ; i also contribute as translator of the Nova Gaming System game project hosted in SourceForge, trying to code around that code too; it is a hard way, getting into real coding life .. but trying to improve step by step.

well will start this, though my english level isnt as good as i would like ... and iam not used to make diaries ..lol; well i am currently learning and learning around coding webpages, in several senses (PHP for dynamic ones, the use of MySQL for manging the data around the pages, some Javascript for client-side, ..) though i like to put in code what i see in the theory .. ; current little projects are some self -refreshing ads rotating system, which already works, though still needs some polish in appearance and management of ads, and the customers using the ads ..; by other hand, besides my contribution in translating NGS (Nova Gaming System) to spanish i have been thinking in ways to improve stuff , and add some new features, which they mean to make a map page with less processing, by paginating it .. ; for so ..trukfixer and me have been 'brainstorming' ideas around it, and i am trying to put them coded ...; there is a proposal done .. and seems that it was even submitted to CVS , ... though i think they can be added new ways to browse through map pags.. so i am trying some new things like an index of pages , shown in some ways diferent ( as a dropdown, as a list of buttons ...), though the control of the variables passed and their calc for each new page gets more difficult; so after that, we will have some stuff to discuss around ...; so that is my current work ...
