Yay! Once again we had a great time at FOSDEM. Pictures from the
OpenBSD booth are available here
(thanks Saad for those nice shots!).

It's been a long time since I wrote something here...

Last week I reinstalled my Apple PowerBook G4 800MHz DVI with
Mac OS X Panther
and thought while I was at it, why not dual boot it with OpenBSD?
Yay! :) and there
it is now. Now the fun can begin!

I've been attending to the EuroPython Conference on the 25 and 26 of june 2003 in Charleroi, Belgium -- a major conference in Europe about Python and Zope.

Personnaly I've been a bit disapointed of the quality of the talks. I had expected much more technical and specific talks (some were _really_ good) instead of _a lot_ of useless blabla considering the fees of the conference. Hopefully, the next edition will be much more technical and interesting ... and please .. set up a decent wireless network while you are at it ;-)

PS: some slides of the talks are available here.

It's been a long time since I posted something here ...
I've been pretty busy with the translation of the OpenBSD.org website into French. Indeed I recently joined Saad Kadhi into the maintenance team of the French version of the website -- and we'r even nearly synced with the most important part(s) -- cookies also go to Gilbert Fernandes, Guillaume Arcas and the other [fr] xlators. cheers!

I recently joined Damien Couderc to the premake project which is aimed to replace the famous GNU Autoconf configure script. We have been working on it since the beginning of March 2003 and we just released the 0.2 version which is available here.
We'd like to hear about your comments. Thanks.

Saad Kadhi, Gilbert Fernandes and I are currently working hard on the [fr] version of the OpenBSD website.
Shitty work, but this has to be done though.
Hope it helps some people, cheers!
