Buy-vs-Build decisions are so easy a few days after you start using the crap that you just bought, and which looked so good on paper and demos.

Came home in bad mood, but after dinner and 2 beers felt much better and started hacking. Added pixmap support to the conduit list in the new gnome-pilot capplet, and a few other cleanups. Couple more hacking days and it might be ready.

Also compiled evolution. Looks quite nice already. Was amazed that I could actually send and receive mail with it.

It's 2 am and I should be packing and going to bed. Tomorrow have to be up at 8 for a 4-hour drive to a wedding in Maryland. Argh, well maybe I'll just hack a bit more ....
