Notes: I am a physics dude that likes puters alot. Actually, I am currently employed at Boeing - Human Space Flight and Exploration** organization as a UNIX systems administrator and web developer. I have a degree in Physics, but hardly do anything physics related at work except when I read physics literature or day-dream about particles in my spare time. I have acquired all my sysadmin, programming and web development skills using Open Source software. Therefore, I try to devote most of my free time helping out in what I can in Open Source projects like Apache, Perl, Linux. But it's really because I enjoy doing it! My big project at the moment is maintaining Perldoc.com.

I hope to complete my lightning talk presentation for this year's Perl Conference in San Diego by Saturday so
that
I can have some time to practice. Yes, its only a 5 minute presentation but I'm trying to overcome my fear of
public
speaking. This past year I have been working on my public speaking skills by joining the Toastmasters club at my
work (Boeing). I hope my lightning talk goes well.
Here's the link of scheduled lightning talks: Schedule.
