Waiting on CVS write access to start committing Makefile updates to the libnss-mysql project. Then I need to learn autoconf and apply it to the configure/build process.

patrick pointed me to some work that needs to be done on libnss_mysql, in glibc. I'm going to grab the source from sourceforge soon and see what I can do to add some runtime configuration capability.
