Long time, no diary. I've got a few wicked weeks behind me, with very little work done on Kaffe OpenVM.

In short, my ex-girlfriend cheated me, and dumped me for a jerk from her workplace. So I lost interest in anything but self pity for a while. Now that rage has replaced that sorry feeling, I'm feeling much better. I went to an anti-war protest in front of the US Air Force base in Spangdahlen. That was fun.

Which brings me to the propaganda wars. It's not "members of nationality X" who are evil, but some specific individuals. The America-bashing on this side of the pond is not any better than Europe-bashing on the other. I'm sick of the "Ami go home" paroles, this planet is everybody's home.

That being said, I'm back at writing free software, so my next diary entries should focus on Kaffe again.
