It has been almost 5 years since last (and only entry). This time I am going to try to be more persistent :). Today was a bank holiday here, and not too much done.

Wow, my first entry in one diary.
I have been working in getting deffered write of mmaped
pages working in ac10. It appears that the first patch is
partially working. I have been also discussing with a lot
of people about how to do the reclaim of pages for journaled
filesystem. It appears that at the end everybody has agree
that we need to put all the pages in the LRU and try to do
our best when somebody reclaim one page to release that page
(perhaps doing some clustering for the same write). I have
learned a lot from the discussion, I hope that the rest
will have had a good time also.
