Gentoo Linux:

I'm now a Gentoo Linux kernel developer. Not much else to say here.

Hard drives [not again!]:

The reason I experienced errors in the past is still unknown, the reason my hardware RAID doesn't work is still unknown, but 2.6.0-test2 works fine with Software RAID. Now I just need to get a new power supply: it seems that running a P4 with two hard drives and 2 NVIDIA cards on a 300W power supply is a Bad Thing<tm>

Software development and the GPL company thing:

I've finally finalized the details for my GPL Open Source development/support business I was planning, and the website is all nice and designed too. Thanks mascot for suggestions and help here and there. I just need to finish the content on it, and get port forwarding with iptables working properly on a dynamic IP.

The built-in Coyote Linux port forwarding stuff seems to rewrite headers which I don't want: the problem is that I want to be able to access the website internally from my LAN using the DNS but also to not rewrite headers so that I can manage web logs... Suggestions, anybody?

SquirlTick:

Or that thing I called "the Palm stopwatch application". I've [pretty much] finished it, and as soon as the SquirrelSoft work is done the source will be on the site. Sadly, I was only to crack my cherished Visor Edge PDA yesterday. Oh well, I hope this Treo 270 thing will be nice. If you want the source for the application, just ask.
