got progney at xcyber's mirror.

finally, installed progeny! So, how good is it?

pros: fast install, GUI interface to apt-get default installation makes debian easier for lamers like me sawfish by default fast! on a p-450/512MB ram thinclient...

cons: the apt-get GUI interface is still buggy (accurately should be 'tasksel' interface) the font bundled sucks no default i18n support does not suit my style of playing

postscriptum: it can serve as a backup system for some sid(Still-in-development) users, well... :)

the linux device driver database i've created is open now in the Linuxhall site, anyone who would like to make it better, please contact me as soon as possible (in evil at debian dot org dot hong kong)

eh, just created an account, with nothing around me, just a thank to xcyber for the site link. downloading progeny, that does not rock. for me i get around 23-24kbps. it sucks.

hoping that ian will gimme another good product, though. in debian, xpdf is locked, therefore, well.. edit xref.cc, change all ::okToCopy and other related function to return true. that's all for today.

sleep `echo 3600*12|bc`

a minor ps: http://lamer.uhome.net/chemnotes/chemnotes. [tex|pdf] contain some GCSE level chemnotes, please review for me and drop me a message. u can see my email in next post.
