I forget to post this before. I design some logos for the VDK Builder Project,

Related to them I'm oficially launching a project named Software para Todos. It intend to promote and encourage the use of Free Software using graphics, texts, diagrams, music, animations, video, etc.

I think that is important the legislative promotion of the Free Software at the government level -I completelly support the Villanueva's Iniciative in PERU -my natal country-.

But I prefer to work in this way: directing to the right and left sides of the poeple's brain. The rational and the emotional. Mi idea is that no law will needed if the de-facto situation show us that all people USE Free Software instead of try convicing all that they MUST do it. No matter how good reasons you could gave them. Because you are pushing it maybe wont be happen as good as they do it for themselves.

The Software para Todos Project could be seen as a seed:

Wow! 2 years and six days has past since my last diary entry at Advogato. I promise it wont happen again. Now I am part of a project that is using some of the ideas behind the development process of Free Software to explore the organic growing of the City of Lima, the name is Project COMBI.

I publish an essay about the relation about the Free Software and the Andean Culture at http://www.geocities.com/pgiron.rm/ensayos/culturascomunes.html.

The concept of Community that also made great to cultures like Andean is also presents/displays in the movement of Free Software, as much at philosophical level, as of ways of production; the base of both: the cooperation between individuals, is important to reach the social welfare.

This essay looks for to as much make explicit the necessity that the Andean cultural community as the community of free software can learn one of another respecting each one their identity, but recognizing their roots in the human search to obtain the common well-being.
