      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hacked up a 3-hour &lt;a
href="http://www.mit.edu/~nickm/code/mp.txt"&gt;patch&lt;/a&gt; to
make Python error messages more readable for newbies that
haven't grasped case-sensitivity; posted it to
comp.lang.python.  I doubt it'll go through in its current
form, but maybe it'll help the current flamewa^Wdiscussion
about case-sensitivity get a little more constructive.
I think it's a tribute to Python's simplicity that it's
learnable even with error messages like "NameError: Foo". 
We can do better.
