understand this. It seems to be
suggesting that, because an image can be represented as a
sequence of bits, and so can a large number, by choosing a
large number with just the right bits you can represent
any image you like -- even a rendering of the mathematical
formula you chose to implement the rendering.

**New HTML Parser**: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser
code is live. It needs further work but already handles most
markup better than the original parser.
