XML-RPC
I've only just read the XML-RPC spec. I knew it was simple, but I didn't know it was stupid. Seriously, no parameter names? Only 32-bit integers? And no "NULL"? WTF?

New HTML Parser: The long-awaited libxml2 based HTML parser code is live. It needs further work but already handles most markup better than the original parser.
